Tantra as lived experience
Arja Hendrikx is an international Tantra teacher, facilitator and speaker whose work explores embodied leadership, sacred sexuality and conscious relating. She leads workshops, retreats and trainings around the world and is known for creating experiential spaces where Tantra becomes a lived practice rather than an abstract idea.
Her path began through direct immersion in a Tantric community, where practice, embodiment and daily life formed the foundation of her learning. Today, she brings traditional teachings together with contemporary insights into sexology, psychology, communication and relationships.
