About Rakesh
Rakesh Mijling received the name Rakesh in 1981 in the Osho community. His path has included Osho meditations, Vipassana, Kriya Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Buddhist Tantra and Neo-Tantra.
He founded Tantric Dance and has taught workshops and teacher trainings with Elfriede van der Sanden. His work uses dance and mirroring to cultivate openness, sensitivity, acceptance and embodied presence.
