These Terms govern TantraLovers, including our community, Conscious Connections and discovery of teachers, courses and events. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to the Terms presented for that service. Nothing here removes rights that the law gives you.
1. Operator and contact
TantraLovers is operated by Skeyemap, s.r.o., Žuffova 1099/49, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia. Company identification number (IČO): 46229752; Commercial Register, section Sro, file 77337/L. Contact us at info@tantralovers.org or our registered address.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and, where higher, the age of legal majority to create an account or use community and connection features. Use the service only where lawful. Provide accurate registration information, do not impersonate another person, and use only photographs and content you are entitled to share. Keep login details private and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
3. Community and paid features
TantraLovers offers community participation and information about Tantra, conscious relationships, teachers, courses and events. Free membership, Premium communication tools and Premium Plus member-search tools are described on our Conscious Connections page and in the offer you purchase. Features can depend on device compatibility, availability and member settings.
A membership provides access to the stated tools. It does not guarantee a reply, a compatible partner, a relationship, or any personal or health outcome. A listing or profile does not guarantee a person’s identity, qualifications or suitability. Check a provider’s credentials, approach, boundaries, price and booking conditions yourself.
4. Respect, consent and safety
Respect other members’ boundaries. A profile, conversation or shared interest is not consent to sexual contact or unsolicited sexual material. Participation and contact must be voluntary and appropriate consent can be withdrawn.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, impersonate, scam or exploit anyone.
- Do not share illegal content, malware, spam, intimate images without consent, or another person’s confidential information.
- Do not exploit minors or use the service for unlawful sexual services.
- Do not scrape member details, harvest contact information or bypass access restrictions.
- Teachers and businesses must accurately describe their services and use authorised promotional channels.
Report concerns using available controls or email info@tantralovers.org. Use available blocking tools and stop interactions that feel unsafe. Take sensible precautions when meeting someone in person and make your own decisions about participation.
5. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it, you grant TantraLovers a non-exclusive licence to store, host, reproduce, technically adapt and display it only as needed to provide the service according to its intended audience and applicable visibility settings. This is not a general licence to sell your content or turn private messages into advertisements.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions. Copies already shared with others may remain with them, and backups or legally required records may remain after removal. Other site materials belong to TantraLovers or their respective rights holders. Do not redistribute copyrighted courses, images or other materials without permission; lawful exceptions and any expressly stated licences continue to apply.
6. Purchases, renewal and cancellation
Review the total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period, features and renewal arrangement shown before purchase. Automatic renewal applies only where disclosed and accepted in the purchase flow; do not assume every plan renews automatically. A fixed-duration plan without recurring billing ends under the conditions shown in its offer.
For a recurring subscription, cancel future renewal through the subscription controls available in your account or with the payment provider, or contact info@tantralovers.org before the next renewal date for assistance. Include the account email and plan, and keep the cancellation confirmation. Do not send full card information. Unless a refund, lawful restriction or other applicable right changes this, cancelling renewal leaves paid access available for the remainder of the period already purchased.
Deleting an account, uninstalling the web app or stopping use of the service does not itself cancel a recurring payment agreement. Ask explicitly for cancellation, account deletion or both. Renewal cancellation is separate from exercising a statutory withdrawal right.
7. Withdrawal, refunds and service problems
Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. Where EU/EEA distance-contract rules apply, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to info@tantralovers.org or our registered address. Include your account email, purchase details and date.
You may use this optional form: “To Skeyemap, s.r.o., Žuffova 1099/49, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia, info@tantralovers.org: I withdraw from my membership contract ordered on [date]. Account email: [email]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].”
If you expressly request service during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge may apply only when the required legal conditions are met. Loss of the right for a fully performed service or immediately supplied digital content applies only under the relevant legal conditions, including the required express consent and acknowledgement. Merely logging in does not automatically waive your rights. Refunds required following a valid withdrawal will be made within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise without additional fees.
If a paid digital service does not conform to the contract, contact us with the problem. Applicable rights to a remedy, price reduction or termination are not excluded by these Terms. Separate purchases made directly with an external provider are handled by that seller under its conditions and applicable law.
8. Teachers, courses, events and affiliate links
Some learning content is available on TantraLovers; other courses and events are offered by independent providers. Check the destination, seller and conditions before enrolling. “Free” describes the access stated in the listing; a provider account or optional paid upgrades may be involved, and availability can change.
Some recommendations contain affiliate links. TantraLovers may receive a commission when a qualifying visit, registration or purchase is attributed to the link. Sponsored or affiliate recommendations should be identified near the relevant recommendation. The external provider sets its price, delivery, support and refund conditions. A commercial relationship does not guarantee quality or a particular outcome.
9. Educational information
Articles, courses and community discussions are for information and education, and do not replace qualified medical, psychological or other professional advice. Adapt practices to your circumstances, stop if uncomfortable, and seek suitable professional advice about health concerns. Teachers and members are responsible for their own statements and services.
10. Moderation and account closure
We may investigate reports, remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, unlawful activity, a security threat or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain an action and offer a way to request review; urgent protective action may come first. Email info@tantralovers.org if you believe an action was mistaken.
You may request account closure. We will address the effect on paid access and any renewal agreement, and handle retained information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Termination does not remove statutory rights or obligations already incurred.
11. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service functioning but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of every member contribution or external listing. We remain responsible to the extent required by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
12. Changes, complaints and applicable law
We will date updates and give notice of material contractual changes where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter a purchased plan contrary to law. Where required, we will obtain agreement or provide the applicable cancellation remedy.
These Terms are governed by Slovak law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. They do not prevent you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
First contact info@tantralovers.org with a complaint or request for redress. If a consumer’s request is rejected or receives no response within 30 days, the consumer may seek alternative dispute resolution through an eligible body, including the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), subject to its competence and admissibility rules. This does not remove the right to seek judicial remedies.
